North West based Nigel is well known for his enigmatic cooking style and he creates contemporary and classic menus using local and seasonal produce at Nigel Smith's Restaurant, Ribby Hall in Lancashire. Nigel also runs a thriving outside catering business and cookery school and cooks for many celebrities and high profile clients. His career has included stints working with Albert Roux and Anton Edelmann at the Savoy, as well as hosting his own TV series.
